1 1/2 oz. Finest Call Mango Puree
2 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier 1/2 oz.
Finest Call Grenadine

Mix Finest Call Mango Puree and Coconut Rum with ice in a martini shaker. Pour mixture into chilled martini glass. With bar spoon, layer Finest Call Grenadine. Layer chilled Grand Marnier. Garnish with Maraschino Cherry and Mango Slice.

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Finest Call Sweet & Sour Mix
1 oz. Sparkling Wine
1 Orange Slice (quartered)
1 Maraschino Cherry

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add Bourbon, Cointreau, Orange Juice, and Finest Call Sweet & Sour Mix to ice-filled shaker. Cover and shake vigorously. Remove cover and, using a cocktail strainer, pour mixture into chilled martini glass. Float Sparkling Wine around the top of the mixture. Skewer orange quarter and Maraschino Cherry and garnish cocktail. Serves one.

1 oz. chilled Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1 1/2 oz. Finest Call Mango Puree
1/2 oz. chilled Finest Call Sweet & Sour Mix
1 tbsp. Maraschino Cherry Syrup (from Maraschino jar)
3-4 oz. chilled Proscecco
2 Maraschino Cherries
1 slice pineapple

Chill a long-fluted champagne glass a few hours in the refrigerator before preparing. When ready to serve, remove the glass from the refrigerator and pour in Pineapple Juice, Rum, Finest Call Mango Puree, Finest Call Sweet & Sour Mix, and Maraschino Cherry Syrup. Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco. Gently stir. Drop both Maraschino cherries to the bottom of the glass. Make a slit in the pineapple, split and place on the rim of the glass. Makes one drink.
